Responsibilities
Provide Sales Engineering support including technical demos, proof-of-value (POV) execution, and RFI/RFP responses; Engage with partner sales and technical teams to support joint selling motions; Design, build, and validate integrations between partner technologies and the CrowdStrike Falcon Platform; Assist partners with evaluation and Not-for-Resale (NFR) environments including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and product training; Build and maintain partner demo environments; Document integration patterns, best practices, and reference architectures; Provide technical feedback to CrowdStrike Product teams; Track and report on partner integration health and adoption metrics; Collaborate on scalable, low-touch partner onboarding experiences; Participate in security conferences and partner-sponsored events.
