Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day construction execution across multiple projects from planning through closeout; Manage RFIs, submittals, schedules, budgets, and site logistics; Drive coordination of safety programs including ICRA, PCRA, and ILSM; Identify and resolve field issues to maintain schedule and minimize operational disruption; Track and communicate project performance using project management tools; Coordinate consultants, contractors, and internal partners; Support General Contractor procurement and bid evaluation; Conduct routine site walks and field inspections to monitor progress and quality; Manage the Change Order Process including pricing review and negotiation support; Coordinate regulatory readiness and compliance activities for audits; Assist with post-construction activities including commissioning and closeout; Manage assigned project logistics including badging, deliveries, and job hazard analyses.
