Lead day-to-day construction execution across multiple projects from planning through closeout, Drive coordination of safety programs including ICRA, PCRA, and ILSM, Track and communicate project performance using tools such as PMWeb, Bluebeam, and PlanGrid, Identify and resolve field issues quickly to maintain schedule and minimize operational disruption, Support General Contractor procurement including RFP development and bid evaluation, Coordinate regulatory readiness and compliance activities for HCAI and OSHPD submissions
