Support General Contractor procurement including RFP development and bid evaluation; Coordinate weekly construction progress meetings and document action items; Track and resolve project documentation including RFIs, submittals, and change orders; Monitor construction progress, quality, and safety through routine site walks and inspections; Assist with cost management including pay application review and cash flow forecasting; Manage the Change Order Process including pricing review and negotiation support; Coordinate regulatory readiness and compliance activities for audits; Support quality assurance processes including commissioning and closeout deliverables; Manage project logistics including access, deliveries, and infection control barriers.
