Own end-to-end operational model impact analysis and design for complex transition events; support Business Solutions Design Lead as a point of contact for stakeholders; ensure scalability, operational risk, and regulatory compliance in new mandate/fund launches; capture Fund Manager and Client requirements for viable operating models; manage handover of new processes to Investment Operations; interact with Clients/TPAs on product change and onboarding; engage with Investment Operations senior management on status and capacity; maintain template library and playbooks; perform end-to-end set-up and operational readiness for product events; conduct testing of transition set-up and new processes; configure and maintain workflows and static/reference data; support process improvement initiatives; mentor less experienced colleagues.
