Prepare and process manual invoices for customers; Post bank statements daily within SLA; Book payments against invoices based on remittance details; Reconcile bank accounts against system daily; Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve payment issues; Follow up on customers to resolve discrepancies on unapplied cash; Generate and distribute invoice reports to management; Assist in developing invoicing procedures; Review and modify statements of account; Evaluate business reports to identify outstanding invoices and initiate collection calls; Analyze customer accounts for high overdue amounts; Track SOA and dunning communications; Resolve queries and disputes via liaison with external customers and internal teams; Review on-account payments and advise on allocation.
