Responsibilities
Own enterprise observability platform strategy, governance, and roadmap; design and build scalable observability architectures for distributed and AI systems; develop and optimize telemetry pipelines for metrics, traces, and logs; establish enterprise standards for monitoring, alerting, SLOs, and proactive incident detection; enable self-service observability capabilities; implement AI observability solutions for LLM agents and agentic workflows; lead enterprise logging strategy and design cost-efficient logging solutions; integrate observability with incident management and operational workflows; optimize on-call processes and provide real-time telemetry during incidents; develop dashboards and executive reporting; produce documentation and runbooks; participate in post-incident reviews.
