Responsibilities
Perform and document analytical procedures in accordance with company procedures and regulatory guidelines, execute molecular biology workflows including PCR and restriction digests, prepare samples, buffers, and solutions required for assigned laboratory procedures, support antibody discovery and library validation activities through routine experimental execution, conduct routine data analysis to confirm procedures are proceeding according to expectations, identify abnormal progress or unusual results and escalate to senior lab personnel, assist with troubleshooting and process improvements, prepare data analysis results for upload to ELN/LIMS and support equipment calibration and maintenance
