Responsibilities
Drive development and execution of fully integrated applications to facilitate digital customer experience business strategy; Create, maintain, and communicate project plans engaging stakeholders across the organization; Drive technical resources in the design, development, testing and enhancement of data and logic systems; Provide clear application and project tracking of timelines, milestones, and resource management; Serve as trusted consultant to leadership; Develop and administer control methods to standardize application and project schedule/financial tracking processes; Support financial reporting including accruals, budget forecasting and strategic financial planning; Drive large projects with multiple cross-functional teams; Create highly collaborative cross-functional partnerships; Ensure work execution meets or exceeds intended quality assurance requirements; Manage external business or supplier partner relationships
