Integrate strategic initiatives (AI, automation, technology) to advance the overarching transformation vision; Develop and advance a point of view on applying AI and emerging technologies within Research; Identify and manage cross-initiative dependencies and strategic tensions; Advance strategic thinking by challenging assumptions and identifying gaps; Prepare senior leadership forums and synthesize program status into strategic narratives; Monitor and evaluate the external landscape for advances in AI and technology-enabled research models; Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure strategic priorities are understood and resourced; Support the development of multi-year strategic roadmaps and prioritization frameworks; Build working relationships with program managers to inform strategic judgment; Contribute to broader Research Strategy agenda and enterprise strategy projects
