Coordinate the entire Accounts Payable process for the Americas region; Identify, monitor, and resolve PO invoice coordination errors; Drive backlog reduction related to PO automation; Manage intercompany settlements for Americas entities; Monitor performance through dashboards and reports on important metrics; Own and resolve all Americas blocking issues; Coordinate payment scheduling and processing of vendor and rental invoices; Conduct monthly GRNI monitoring and reconciliation; Serve as the regional Concur Administrator; Coordinate regional travel and expense submissions; Support statutory and regulatory requirements for each Americas country; Participate in global and regional projects aimed at improving processes.
