Responsibilities
Develop and maintain ICV incentive budgets; manage vendors for ICV software and insurance; build monthly ICV strategy and publish announcements; maintain fleet maturity/utilization reporting; enhance reporting tools for budget and utilization visibility; provide executive support with ad hoc analysis and presentations; partner with Finance, Remarketing, AP, and Legal for compliance; provide guidance and training to AGMs, DOMs, FOMs, and retailers; lead ICV-specific operational projects; analyze CPO metrics and market conditions; identify priority retailers for improvement; evaluate dealer financial statements for certification and reconditioning; ensure utilization of INFINITI merchandising materials; communicate APR programs and support off-lease recovery value optimization.
