Manage large-scale technology programs and portfolio deliverables ensuring governance of scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies; Partner with senior stakeholders to develop and track program roadmaps aligned to strategic objectives; Deliver executive-level status reporting, dashboards, and governance materials; Coordinate dependencies across multiple initiatives and communicate impacts and mitigation plans; Maintain governance forums and reporting cadences; Assess project-level impacts and escalate risks; Facilitate Agile events including PI Planning and retrospectives; Track program budgets and financial performance; Maintain accurate team rosters and resource tracking information
