Lead the Customer Solutions organization for semiconductor customers in Taiwan; Lead, coach, and develop a team of Program Managers and Application Engineers; Develop and execute customer solution strategies aligned with semiconductor technology roadmaps; Drive adoption and expansion of Thermo Fisher Scientific technologies and workflows; Accelerate customer adoption by moving solutions through technical evaluation to production acceptance; Build trusted relationships with key customer stakeholders across R&D, engineering, manufacturing, and management; Partner with Sales and Account Management to drive sustainable revenue growth; Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions; Translate customer requirements into actionable input for product and solution roadmaps; Monitor semiconductor technology developments and competitive activity in Taiwan.
