Responsibilities
Lead and develop a team of up to 50 employees across Distribution, Warehouse and Pick & Pack; Ensure on-time, high-quality processing and shipment of all distribution orders; Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control; Collaborate closely with Production Planning to ensure timely availability of materials, equipment, and documentation; Review and approve production and operational documentation; Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and PPI methodologies; Manage operational budgets and contribute to P&L performance
