Responsibilities
Direct PM operations activities and teammates within a Distribution Center, provide management coaching and performance feedback, develop and execute initiatives to improve DC metrics, review and approve expenses and make capital recommendations, lead achievement of Key Performance Indicators in Safety, Quality, Productivity, and Turnover, oversee customer service and resolve delivery issues, implement conversion of new customers, enforce adherence to SOPs and WI's, monitor and report performance with root cause analysis, oversee succession planning, ensure adherence to regulatory requirements for scheduled drugs and hazardous materials
