Responsibilities
Monitor network and system health using monitoring tools, triage alarms, and initiate incident response. Provide provisioning support and Tier 1-2 support for Microsoft 365 services and applications. Support networking hardware and services including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless systems. Manage incident tickets by responding, prioritizing, and closing them while documenting troubleshooting steps. Escalate complex issues to Tier 3 teams with supporting evidence. Create and edit PowerShell scripts for troubleshooting and deployment. Maintain monitoring integrations and keep alert thresholds and runbooks up to date. Assist with performance reporting and capacity metrics. Support security operations by following alerting and containment procedures. Maintain accurate inventory, diagrams, and operational runbooks.
