Own the full requirements lifecycle including elicitation, documentation, prioritization, validation, traceability, change control, and stakeholder sign-off. Convert complex operational needs into actionable solution requirements for operations. Create and maintain documentation such as current-state and future-state process models, value-stream maps, SIPOC diagrams, RACI matrices, service blueprints, and operating model materials. Use automation and AI-enabled approaches to improve processes and analysis. Coach business users as they move from manual processes to standardized digital workflows.
