Responsibilities
Analyze failed components from reliability testing using AI and historical data; adjust timing/level/testmode/code/temp to identify failure sensitivities; perform visual inspection to identify physical defects; utilize AI schematics/layouts/process to recognize abnormalities; document failed conditions and test results; categorize electrical failures; communicate results to engineering groups; coordinate next-level analysis with C-SAM, PYE, Product Engineering, Package Reliability, and AQL; troubleshoot hardware and software issues; repair or coordinate repair of equipment; configure and upgrade test equipment; develop and deploy failure analysis software; assist lab users with equipment setup and operation; conduct on-the-job training for new hires; provide data interpretation and failure root cause suggestions; submit package level physical failure analysis; determine engineering test requirements; execute experiments and summarize results; create repair converters; maintain FA database and track FA data; identify false failures; review test time reduction, datasheet, modify qual, MRB, PORRB, and customer report requests
