Responsibilities
Perform assigned role in the RMIT financing system to support procurement business processes; Represent department to communicate with stakeholders on procurement system queries; Distribute and follow-up with internal team members to ensure standard service level for procurement functional systems; Coordinate to check-up and update procurement information on the RMIT Vietnam Service Connect site; Conduct centrally managed sourcing events following quotation procedures; Execute procure to pay administrative activities such as purchase requisitions, purchase orders, contract documentation, and payment to supplier on ERP system; Run and analyse regular and ad-hoc procurement related reports to support decision-making; Prepare internal and external documentation including Tender documents, Strategic procurement plan, and Procurement process report; Provide secretarial/logistic support and facilitate department meetings; Contribute to annual continuous improvement initiatives.
