Senior Solution Engineer - 製造/MFG

## Responsibilities - Engage in close communication with manufacturing industry customers to gain trust as a business/technical advisor. - Collaborate with sales, product specialists, professional services, and partners to conduct Salesforce solution proposal activities. - Conduct solution proposal activities targeting manufacturing customers. - Develop solutions to address customer business challenges and needs, and support planning for future business transformation and systematization. - Create and implement solution demos to provide a concrete image of solutions for key challenges. - Prepare proposal documents centered on solution design and implementation planning. - Create various sales materials such as industry-specific solution maps, demos, and proposal templates based on the knowledge gained from proposal activities. - Support marketing activities through speaking at seminars and events and conducting demonstrations. ## Requirements - Minimum of 5 years of experience in pre-sales, solution proposal, project management, or consulting in a consulting firm, systems integrator, or software company. - Experience in solution proposal or project delivery for manufacturing industry customers. - Ability to create optimal proposals by combining technical knowledge and industry understanding. - Architecture consideration skills to ensure proposed solutions are feasible. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong logical analysis and problem-solving abilities. - Goal-oriented thinking. - Leadership and influence to promote teamwork. - Fluent Japanese and conversational level English. - Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, information science, or related engineering fields. ## Nice to Have - Knowledge of multiple Salesforce products (Manufacturing Cloud / Sales Cloud / Service Cloud / Marketing Cloud / Commerce Cloud / Tableau / Slack / MuleSoft / Data Cloud, etc.). - Experience in handling enterprise accounts. - Experience in providing sales presentations to executives. - Success experience in pre-sales, marketing, project management, or consulting roles. - Experience or certification as an enterprise architect. ## Benefits - Opportunities to shape the future and redefine what's possible for yourself, AI, and the world. - Support to find balance and be your best. - AI agents to accelerate impact and enable doing your best. - Equal opportunity employer with non-discrimination policy. - Benefits and resources for all employees and applicants.
