Own technical execution and velocity of SLT, BLT, Board/Chip/Rack CR, and system reliability stress (HTOL); Resolve Vmin, binning escapes, performance shortfalls, and power anomalies by driving root-cause analysis; Convert raw integration signals into decision-ready options for executive leadership; Establish operational objectives and refine closed-loop methodologies to improve yield and cycle time; Take ownership of manufacturing issues at platform and board levels to prevent field escapes; Hire, develop, and retain managers and lead engineers across multiple geographies
