Responsibilities
Lead and manage business change activities across projects and programmes; Develop and implement change management strategies, plans, and interventions; Conduct change impact assessments to identify effects on people, processes, and systems; Work with stakeholders to understand needs, concerns, and readiness; Design and deliver stakeholder engagement plans, communication plans, and adoption strategies; Support the development and coordination of training plans and user support materials; Identify change risks, resistance, and barriers to adoption, and develop mitigation plans; Monitor business readiness and adoption levels throughout the change lifecycle; Track and report on change progress, stakeholder engagement, and benefits realisation; Ensure change activities are integrated with project delivery plans and organisational objectives; Facilitate workshops, briefings, and feedback sessions to support understanding and engagement; Champion a people-focused approach to change and continuous improvement; Support post-implementation reviews to assess adoption, lessons learned, and ongoing improvement needs
