Responsibilities
Intake and prioritize EDI new onboardings, fixes, and enhancements; Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to develop future state solutions; Participate in requirement review sessions with stakeholders; Communicate with Brokerage customer base to gather requirements for x12 documents; Analyze customer requirement specifications against backend Operations systems; Create mapping specifications and work with developers to implement EDI solutions; Test end-to-end with customer/trading partner and RXO backend TMS systems; Develop and enhance standard operating procedures; Prepare and present weekly status reports to leadership; Train internal business colleagues on EDI systems; Complete daily/weekly calls with business teams to review open EDI items
