Responsibilities
Build DRAM engineering-focused development schedule from Network Build pre-silicon stage with PMO; Drive tactical execution from pre-silicon readiness; Hold engineering teams accountable to the development execution schedule and Boundary Agreement; Hold engineering teams accountable for meeting standard interim and final product milestones; Generate development status with inputs from cross functional teams including technical status, schedule, risk, quality and other program health metrics; Provide accurate and current program development status and milestone metrics to Product development Team Lead (PDTL) for reviews in Critical Program Review; Drive cross-functional team alignment to ensure all level dependencies are captured and tracked; Execute integration of development activity by leveraging the technical expertise within the broader engineering team to meet project deliverables.
