Responsibilities
Partner with customer payroll vendors to determine outbound deduction file or API integration requirements; Partner with customer HCM system teams to identify inbound demographic file or API integration requirements; Extract files and ensure successful, accurate, and timely delivery to vendors; Facilitate discovery sessions, integration overviews, training sessions, and implementation project meetings; Gather and analyze customer integration requirements and recommend appropriate integration solutions; Translate customer requirements into accurate and concise requirements documentation for internal engineering review and development; Develop and execute testing plans to validate data integrations; Oversee and support component testing and user acceptance testing activities; Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve issues identified during testing and implementation; Ensure successful transitions from customer legacy file transmission processes and data to the Benefitfocus platform; Obtain customer and internal engineering sign-off and coordinate smooth transitions to ongoing production support teams; Partner with project managers to align integration deliveries with overall implementation milestones; Successfully manage a workload of 10 to 15 concurrent implementation and integration projects; Provide training, mentorship, and support to junior associates
