Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle implementations of SAP SuccessFactors EC and ECP modules across multiple geographies; Design and configure EC modules including Job Information, Position Management, Time Off, and Global Assignments; Manage EC↔ECP integrations including P2P replication, BIB mappings, and Payroll Control Center (PCC) configuration; Oversee payroll posting to FI/CO/S4 and ensure compliance with audit and localization requirements; Conduct blueprint workshops, fit-gap analysis, and solution design aligned with client business processes; Own quarterly release testing, transport management, and cutover planning; Coordinate SAP CPI/iFlows for integrations with banking, time, benefits, and finance systems; Provide leadership in presales activities, scope definition, effort estimation, and proposal development; Mentor and coach junior consultants, ensuring quality delivery and professional growth
