Responsibilities
Own key areas of the SLGI Key Initiative portfolio including governance, financial oversight, strategic planning, prioritization, capacity management, and benefits realization. Lead portfolio financial management including forecasting, actuals/variance analysis, cost allocation, and reconciliation. Own the Investments Registry to ensure accurate portfolio information. Lead annual and quarterly portfolio planning including intake, sequencing, and funding trade-offs. Monitor portfolio health across scope, cost, benefits, timeline, and risk. Lead portfolio governance and executive reporting including decision materials and leadership forums. Drive continuous improvement across operating models, processes, and systems.
