Responsibilities
Participate in portfolio planning and reforecasting including budgets and resource modelling; Build and update robust business cases with costs and benefits; Maintain portfolio roadmap and track maturity; Track and report on departmental resourcing; Coordinate and submit QCR packs and reports; Ensure blended rates are recalculated and Purchase Orders are managed; Establish and manage quality review schedules and audits; Provide visibility of risks, issues, and dependencies; Develop and manage effective portfolio reporting including KPIs/OKRs; Act as Subject Matter Expert for change tools and recommend improvements.
