Assist with regulatory compliance monitoring related to German and EU financial services requirements; Prepare and update documentation for audits, internal revision, and regulatory requests; Track action items, remediation measures, deadlines, and governance approvals; Help review marketing and client-facing materials for regulatory consistency; Conduct research on regulatory developments relevant to investment companies in Germany; Assist with employee training coordination and compliance awareness activities; Contribute to drafting policies, procedures, risk assessments, ad-hoc updates and annual/quarterly reporting to management; Streamline and optimize processes using AI; Coordinate risk management activities in cooperation with the global risk function; Support outsourcing and third-party risk assessments; Support due diligence reviews of service providers; Help maintain outsourcing register, vendor control and monitoring
