Responsibilities
Analyze RFP documents to develop preliminary and master project schedules; Implement standard scheduling practices including WBS structure and activity coding; Update project schedules weekly/bi-weekly/monthly incorporating as-built dates and delay impacts; Perform on-site visits to validate progress data; Generate look-ahead schedules to support field operations; Track and document schedule impacts due to changes or delays; Analyze project performance using earned value, float trends, and KPIs; Create as-built vs. as-planned comparisons for lessons learned and claims analysis; Evaluate and forecast resource loading, availability, and demand across the project lifecycle.
