Responsibilities
Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules and visual planning strategies; Lead development of Lease Schedules and iGMP/fGMP schedules; Integrate critical planning inputs including design, procurement, and EHS; Maintain P6 schedule integrity across all planning levels; Coordinate weekly/bi-weekly schedule updates and monthly reporting; Analyze project performance data to forecast risks and develop mitigation strategies; Monitor schedule health metrics and escalate variances; Facilitate structured schedule handoffs to Program or JV schedule leads; Provide technical guidance and coaching to campus-level planners; Lead post-phase and post-project reviews.
