Own and improve the enterprise crisis management framework including plans, playbooks, and activation protocols; Develop and standardize emergency response capabilities and Emergency Action Plans across sites; Oversee physical security programs and manage third-party security providers; Build proactive employee engagement and preparedness culture through training and awareness campaigns; Design dashboards and workflows for critical event management technology; Create and deliver role-based training and plan exercises to pressure-test plans; Analyze data to make recommendations on operational improvements and risk mitigation; Support Intelligence, GSOC, Travel Security, and Executive Protection programs; Maintain relationships with external partners and peer groups
