Provide functional vehicle ownership of commercial vehicles, trailers, and pool cars; Coordinate and monitor vehicle maintenance, repairs, recalls, and service campaigns; Analyze and track vehicle utilization, service scheduling, and location; Oversee pool vehicle operations including parking assignments and condition assessments; Provide DOT compliance oversight and enforcement support; Lead Commercial Vehicle Advisory Board meetings; Support CMV driver training programs for CDL drivers; Manage vehicle registration activities for apportioned and commercial vehicles; Submit DOT reporting requirements and vehicle tax filings; Oversee fuel card administration; Administer Electronic Logging Device (ELD) programs; Lead or support accident investigations; Review and validate BancPay invoices; Maintain SharePoint sites for inventory and compliance records; Coordinate vehicle turn-ins and reassignments; Coordinate with Customs Department for border crossings.
