Responsibilities
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC units and package cooling systems; Inspect and maintain compressors, condensers, evaporators, fans, filters, coils, belts, dampers, and refrigerant circuits; Monitor and record temperature, humidity, pressure, and operating parameters; Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, control, and instrumentation faults; Maintain environmental conditions for analyzer shelters, control rooms, and ICSS rooms; Check and maintain thermostats, sensors, controllers, contactors, relays, motors, and control panels; Perform filter cleaning, coil cleaning, refrigerant checks, and leak detection; Support refrigerant recovery, charging, and handling; Identify abnormal conditions and perform basic troubleshooting and root-cause assessment; Verify HVAC performance after maintenance; Maintain accurate maintenance records, operating logs, and work orders; Coordinate with Instrumentation, Electrical, ICSS, and Operations teams; Maintain HVAC tools, test equipment, and spare parts.
