Responsibilities
Maintain and operate industrial refrigeration systems including rack systems, split systems, blast chillers, and cooling towers; Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections on assigned systems; Troubleshoot out-of-service equipment and escalate issues as needed; Mentor maintenance personnel and provide training on refrigeration processes and safety standards; Lead root cause analysis of major downtime events; Audit vendor work and maintenance personnel performance; Write and modify preventive maintenance procedures; Repair and perform predictive/preventative maintenance on CO2 and Freon systems including compressors, pumps, and motors.
