Enterprise Account Executive

San Francisco💼 Full-time🗓 2026-08-01

About the Role

A fast-growing, Series A–backed AI SaaS company operating in the industrial procurement and supply-chain intelligence space is looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to lead their upmarket push in Germany. With ~150 employees and strong momentum in the industrial Mittelstand, this is a rare opportunity to own a high-impact enterprise territory and help shape the go-to-market playbook from the ground up.

You'll work with C-level and senior stakeholders inside large, complex industrial organizations, running multi-stakeholder deals from first contact through signed contract — and building the repeatable motions that scale the enterprise business.

What You'll Do

• Acquire new enterprise customers and manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles end-to-end — from initial engagement to contract signature.

• Build and execute targeted account and pipeline strategies across a defined set of enterprise accounts.

• Act as a trusted advisor to C-level and senior stakeholders, developing rigorous business cases that quantify ROI and strategic impact.

• Lead executive demos, workshops, and negotiations; navigate procurement and legal processes to drive deals to close.

• Refine messaging, positioning, and deal structuring to continuously sharpen how the company wins enterprise customers.

• Collect and relay customer feedback and market insights to Product and Leadership to inform the enterprise roadmap.

• Coordinate cross-functionally with Product, Solution Engineering, Marketing, Customer Value, and Leadership to ensure successful deal execution.

• Contribute to building enterprise playbooks, processes, and best practices for the upmarket motion.

• Leverage AI tools to research accounts, structure deals, prepare executive conversations, and manage complex pipelines efficiently.

What We're Looking For

Dealbreakers — all three are required:

• 3+ years of closing experience in B2B SaaS or complex enterprise software sales.

• Proven value-based selling with business-case-driven deals at typical ACVs of ~€80k+ or comparable complexity.

• Experience managing long sales cycles (6+ months) with multiple senior stakeholders, including C-suite.

Required skills & traits:

• Demonstrated ability to own territory, pipeline, and outcomes with an entrepreneurial mindset.

• Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments — actively shaping processes rather than only following them.

• Pragmatic command of enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, SPIN, or SPICED.

• Strong executive presence and credibility in German (fluent, both verbal and written) — essential for this role.

Nice to have:

• Experience selling into industrial, procurement, or supply-chain–heavy organizations.

• Background at a high-growth startup or in a comparably demanding, high-performance environment.

• Comfort using AI tools for account research, deal preparation, and pipeline management.

Location & Work Arrangement

This is an on-site role based in Munich, Bavaria, Germany. Candidates must be based in or willing to relocate to Munich. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
