Enterprise Account Manager
About the Role
We're a seed-stage enterprise AI platform startup founded in Berlin, helping organizations securely adopt and integrate generative AI across their entire operations. Our model-agnostic platform covers AI chat, automated workflows, and custom AI agents — deployed compliantly in Europe — and is trusted by thousands of enterprises across a wide range of industries.
As an Enterprise Account Manager, you'll own a book of enterprise accounts and be the driving force behind their AI transformation journeys. You'll work at the intersection of customer success, commercial growth, and product influence — and you'll use AI agents and automation to scale your own work. This is a high-ownership, high-impact role in a small, ambitious team operating fully on-site in Berlin.
What You'll Do
• Own a portfolio of enterprise accounts and be directly accountable for retention, adoption, and expansion.
• Build structured account plans including stakeholder maps, health assessments, growth opportunities, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Run strategic customer conversations — QBRs, executive business reviews, and proactive check-ins — grounded in data and measurable outcomes.
• Identify and drive expansion opportunities across users, use cases, and deployment scope.
• Navigate complex enterprise stakeholder landscapes: find champions, manage blockers, and build multi-threaded relationships from end users to C-level.
• Build AI agents and automated workflows to manage your own book of business, systematically eliminating manual effort.
• Work cross-functionally with Solutions Engineering, Product, and Sales to translate customer needs into product improvements and action plans.
• Serve as the internal voice of the customer while aligning with the company's product direction and roadmap.
What We're Looking For
Must-haves:
• 5+ years in a customer-facing enterprise role — Account Management, Customer Success, or consultative post-sales.
• Proven track record driving adoption, renewals, and expansion in complex enterprise organizations.
• Hands-on experience building AI agents and automating workflows; comfortable using AI to replace manual work in your own day-to-day.
• Technical credibility to hold substantive conversations about model selection, data privacy, and integration architectures with technical stakeholders.
• Strong commercial acumen: you understand the levers of a SaaS business and know how to position and close expansion conversations.
• Fluency in German (C1+) and English — both are required.
• Ability to work fully on-site in Berlin (relocation support available).
Nice-to-haves:
• Background at an AI-native company, technical consulting firm, or early-stage startup.
• Founder or early-employee experience.
• Portfolio of hands-on AI agent or workflow deployments in enterprise contexts.
• Experience at firms such as BCG, SAP, Microsoft, PwC, EY, or similar tier.
Compensation & Benefits
• Salary: $80,000 – $120,000 per year (or equivalent)
• Relocation support for candidates moving to Berlin
• High ownership in a small, fast-moving team shaping how enterprises adopt AI
• Visa sponsorship: Not available
