Responsibilities
Support end-to-end payroll processing cycle for 4–5 payrolls across APAC/EMEA; Perform payroll validation, reasonableness checks, and gross-to-net calculations; Prepare and maintain payroll reports and dashboards for visibility of performance and exceptions; Support payroll parallel runs, testing, and transformation projects; Reconcile payroll balances between payroll, HR/HRIS, and vendor data; Validate employee master data and payroll-impacting transactions from SuccessFactors/HRIS; Work with payroll vendors to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
