Support full AR/collections lifecycle including aging management, outreach, follow-up, dispute resolution, and payment application coordination; Execute collections activities adhering to SOPs; Assist with dunning workflows and monitor DSO; Serve as first line of response for AR/collections inquiries; Investigate and resolve inquiries independently or escalate; Support de-escalation of billing disputes; Maintain documentation of interactions; Partner with Billing, Deal Desk, Revenue Accounting, Sales, Customer Success, and Legal; Provide data for monthly/quarterly close; Communicate on accounts approaching escalation thresholds; Surface patterns and issues to leadership
