Own end-to-end marketing budget process including planning, allocation, reprioritization, and reporting; Analyze and recommend cross-channel investment optimizations using CAC, LTV, Retention, and ROI; Partner with Finance to build budget scenarios and translate business goals into funding recommendations; Assess and surface risk across the marketing plan regarding pacing, channel concentration, and forecast variance; Build the operating cadence encompassing planning cycles, budget reviews, and reporting rhythms; Serve as the analytical backbone for marketing leadership by turning performance data into defensible recommendations; Partner cross-functionally to keep planning assumptions, KPIs, and definitions consistent; Lead post-mortems and forecasting reviews on major marketing investments; Build and maintain tools and reporting infrastructure for marketing spend visibility
