Responsibilities
Formulate and execute the roadmap for the Public API and integrations portfolio; Lead end-to-end strategy for building and maintaining externally facing B2B SaaS integrations; Engage directly with clients and partners to validate integration workflows; Analyze client software tools to prioritize integrations that transform workflows; Ensure API product strategy accounts for lifecycle standards (versioning, security, rate limiting); Direct the creation of GTM collateral and partner with Sales/Support on client adoption; Establish and evaluate KPIs and OKRs for integration usage and API reliability; Connect client pain points to product solutions through storytelling
