Responsibilities
Process and review high-volume vendor invoices end-to-end including receipt, coding, two-way PO matching, and posting in NetSuite; Execute domestic and international payment runs and coordinate with Treasury to optimize cash flow; Own vendor onboarding, banking detail verification, and master data integrity; Drive process improvement initiatives across the procure-to-pay cycle to reduce cycle times and exception rates; Support month-end and quarter-end close by preparing AP aging reports, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations; Maintain robust internal controls over AP including SOX-compliant documentation and duplicate-payment detection; Collaborate cross-functionally on PO compliance, budget coding accuracy, and spend analytics
