Responsibilities
Support the Program Manager on all BOA-related issues and act as Program Manager in their absence; Provide specialized support for management-related issues and concerns for multiple tasks; Ensure quality of deliverables by confirming work product is complete, accurate, and in accordance with established standards; Support workforce management initiatives including addressing staffing requirements and providing daily supervision; Audit and manage project plans to ensure effective schedule and cost controls; Communicate with Federal Government Agency Program Managers daily and provide weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc contract reporting; Identify innovative and efficient improvements across the BOA.
