Monitor regional order flows and resolve sync errors between Shopify, NetSuite, and WMS; Oversee resolution of order exceptions (address errors, stockouts, SKU mismatches); Coordinate daily carrier pickups with warehouse staff and partners; Implement inventory reconciliation via cycle counts and discrepancy investigation; Collaborate with Customer Success on high-priority order updates; Audit outbound packaging and documentation for compliance; Analyze fulfillment reports to identify aging orders and escalate bottlenecks; Execute regional returns and reverse logistics processes.
