Responsibilities
Manage and triage reactive repair tickets, dispatch vendors, follow through to resolution, build and maintain relationships with local vendors and contractors, perform hands-on repairs or maintenance work when appropriate, support store openings, remodels, and closings from a facilities perspective, monitor trends in repairs and spending to proactively identify recurring issues, ensure preventive maintenance tasks are completed on schedule, partner with Ops and HQ Facilities to align on priorities and budget
