Create DSA Task Order responses and supporting documents (Estimates, Org Charts, Risk Registers), Present TO Responses at DSA Governance reviews, Produce task cost estimates ensuring scope compliance, Use CEMAR for NEC3 Contract Management, Complete TCIF Contract Schedule 5 and JV Response Schedule 6, Monitor TCIF Contracts performance, File and manage estimates and documents, Handle Early Warning Notices (EWNs), Generate Replicon Reports, Communicate with SL team members (PM, SPEM, PEM), Engage in safety initiatives, Improve TCIF contract management documents, Obtain supply chain quotations and update Purchase Orders, Approve supply chain invoices, Prepare monthly project and review meetings, Prepare person hour forecasts and EAC on PO value, Interface with Cost Engineer, Escalate matters to Portfolio Manager, Programme Manager, and Business Manager.
