Responsibilities
Coordinate with CS team to confirm cargo delivery status, Print LABEL and issue HAWB to shipper for local clearance, Coordinate with warehouse operations for G.W & DIMS, Manage freight receipt, Process shipments, Monitor shipments, Follow up loading with airline or Expeditors gateway office, Send copy of non-negotiable HAWB & invoice to shipper for confirmation, Receive documents and log in our system, Ensure smooth and timely shipment process flow, Follow up with origin office, shipper and consignee closely for shipment arrangement, Trace shipment with airline to ensure on time arrival as scheduled, Update shipment information and input required event code timely into our operating system, Issue arrival notice to consignee timely, Turn over document to consignee/broker, Ensure billing invoice to customers accurately and timely based on approved quote
