Responsibilities
Perform cost controls activities relating to budget, actual cost, commitments, forecasting ETC/EAC and budget changes; Manage and ensure accuracy of package and project level budgets, contingency, actual costs, and accruals monthly; Measure and analyze package progress and forecast in conjunction with the scheduling team; Support change management process by collecting cost impacts and working with estimating team; Review contractor invoices for contract compliance; Lead Cost Reporting at the Package-level including developing and presenting variance analysis; Coordinate with the Commercial team to maintain alignment between PMIS Cost Controls and Contracts modules; Participate in project meetings and communicate budget issues, trends, and risks to management.
