Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates from project drawings and specifications, Verify executed quantities and monitor project costs against approved budgets, Prepare and process client RA bills and certify subcontractor invoices, Manage contract administration, variations, claims, and change orders, Support tendering, procurement, and commercial evaluations, Coordinate with project, planning, and finance teams for cost reporting and project controls, Maintain commercial records, measurement sheets, and contractual documentation, Prepare periodic cost, billing, and commercial performance reports
